Bryannbo’s Gift is by Zabeel from the Oakleigh Plate winning Volksraad mare Dantelah. Purchased from the 2005 William Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale for $525,000
His Dam Dantelah won 8 races from 1000 to 1200m, of which 7 were at black type level. In addition to the Oakleigh Plate, she won the Group 2 SAJC Swettenham Stud Stakes (now the Robert Sangster Stakes – G1) in course record time and ran second in both the VRC Newmarket and ARC Railway Stakes in New Zealand – losing the latter on protest.
